Yes, we can accept customer’s logo for OEM Order.

Q2: I want the slicer to cut 13mm slices, is it available?

The slice thickness could be customized when ordering. Range between 9-48mm slices are available. 

Q3:  Will the slicer come with a power plug?

Sorry, the slicer will come without a power pluy. The main power cabel is offered. Please add your local plug. 

Q4: How about the lead time?

It depends on the quantity, usually it’s around 15-30 days of production.

Q5: Do I need to clean the machine?

Empty the crumb collector and clenn the blade with soft brush daily. 

Q6: How about warranty?

Limited parts warranty within one year.
