The iPan is an advanced tray system designed and developed by Auto-Bake in conjunction with IBCO. The system makes use of barcode tracking technology which is installed on baking trays during manufacture. This, together with the range of specialized coating technologies available from IBCO, generates the industry’s most efficient baking tray. This technology enables information of each individual pan to be delivered and stored automatically to the bakery management system, providing vital tracking information concerning the usage and life of the pans. This allows management to plan tray maintenance, cleaning, assist with more seamless changeovers and analyse pan cycle throughput
