Description:

Yasur YDC-6R2 series of roll-in retarder proofer room is designed and built to control the proofing process of bakery and pastry dough. It offers the most suitable warmness and humidity for the yeast to develop the dough. It makes the process of proofing easy and consistent, keeping uniform temperatures throughout the trays and even, constant airflow.  YDC-6R2 series of proofer rooms are available in single door, double door or pass-through doors. The proofer has a digital control panel with timer, humidity and temperature setting.  The climate control system is fast responding and circulates air throughout the proofer for best results. Yasur proofer rooms are fully constructed with stainless steel materials for the purpose of hygiene and the extended serviceability. The control panel also has buttons for light and fan operation. Our proofer improves productivity and quality in baking breads.
